Game contribution rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. wwwck44 employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending and recent wagers, forfeit any balance associated with the prohibited activity, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate under applicable law.

Voluntary closure. You may request the closure of your wwwck44 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@wwwck44. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (net of any voided bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will have those bonus funds forfeited upon closure.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion through their account settings or via support. Self-exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or one year are available, as well as a permanent self-exclusion option. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked from all gaming activity and deposits, and the account holder is removed from promotional communications. • KYC or age verification has not been completed within a reasonable time following a request.

• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other users, or the account holder themselves.

Where an account is suspended due to an ongoing investigation, the balance held in the account will be frozen pending the outcome. If the investigation concludes in the account holder's favour, the account will be reinstated and the balance made available for withdrawal. If the investigation identifies a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at wwwck44's discretion.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical faults, or data errors. • Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed network restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law and disputes. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law. We commit to investigating all complaints fairly and responding within five business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter may be escalated as appropriate.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wwwck44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
